Often there are items that can be resold. If you think you have some items that can be remarketed, we conduct an asset valuation, very often via email or phone. If we establish that the assets / items do have a value, we can either make you an offer ourselves or assist in the sale to a third party. Our extensive contacts in the industry enable us to get you the best price.
We also offer an asset valuation service to assist with employee purchase schemes or for accounting purposes.
Examples of asset valuation:
- Some IT / telecommunications equipment
- Office furniture (in multiples of 20 upwards and good condition)
- Catering equipment
- Surplus stock
The more time we have to try and find a buyer for items the better chance of success. We would ask that you send us pictures and inventories to aid in our asset valuation.
Unlike the majority of our competitors, when possible, we factor the resale value of items cleared, into our prices.
Therefore we are often considerably better value than other office clearance companies.
